Residential block POETICA was included in the review of new buildings with infrastructure for children. The review was prepared by the 3m2 edition, it included 7 new buildings in Kyiv, which located in different areas of the capital.
Today the load on social infrastructure is growing in proportion to the increase in the number of new housing, thus, some developers primarily aim to create comfortable conditions for young residents and their parents, equipping their own kindergartens, schools or development centers.
One of the primary advantages of the POETICA residential block is not only the presence of a children's development center, which will be located in the stylobate along with other infrastructure facilities. The roof of the stylobate will be equipped with a closed adjoining territory with children's and sports grounds, a field for team sports, as well as areas for recreation and walking. This provides security guarantees, so that children cannot suddenly jump out onto the road. In addition, special rooms for young mothers and babies will be equipped on the territory of POETICA with the possibility of changing and feeding them. And the houses provide storage space for children's bicycles and strollers.
